advanced heat vulcanization process to vulcanize the alumina ceramic sheet or mosaics or spherical wear-resistant
ceramic block and rubber together to form a ceramic rubber CZPT board. It combines the advantages of high
hardness of ceramics and high impact and fatigue resistance of rubber, which can well solve the CZPT problem
of equipment in the process of conveying bulk materials.

Ceramic rubber CZPT plate
The two-in-1 refers to the ceramic rubber CZPT plate-a two-layer structure, which is mainly installed at the
convenient place or CZPT shaped position, such as circular conical funnels and driving rollers of belt conveyor.
The connection method of the two-in-1 ceramic-rubber CZPT board is bonded to the steel plate of the
equipment with a high-strength adhesive to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.

Three-in-1 refers to the ceramic-rubber-steel plate- a three-layer structure,which has its own bolts and is easy
to be installed; it is mainly applied at the square chute, discharging pipe, dock conveying equipment, mine

Types of Pulley Systems
