The Mini heater is the professional’s choice handheld, flameless CZPT and leverages the power of Invisible Heat to heat ferrous metals in seconds. Using high frequency magnetic fields, the Mini-Ductor releases corroded or frozen hardware and other metallic components from corrosion and thread lock compounds – all without the collateral damage normally associated with torches.
Using 1 of the included coils that can flex around corners a flame cannot, the Mini heater heats a 3/4″ nut red hot in seconds.
Mainly used for more fast and precisely heating the rusted bolts and seized nuts or micro-encapsulated connections,car repairing.
Thanks to the accurately induction heating,there is no need to use a burning or welding CZPT which would lead to other components heating up as well.
Separating Design: the main part is separated from the transformer part,better for heat radiation,to avoid the overheating of the equipment within a short time, and ensure the the machine can work long time.Compared with the similar equipment,it has much stronger performance and much longer heating time.
